This document is available in English only. The English text is the legally binding version.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Faderia website, your account and your purchases of Faderia plans. Use of the software itself is also governed by the End User Licence Agreement. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept these Terms.

This English text is the authoritative version. Translations are provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the English text prevails.

1. Who we are

Faderia is provided by Egor Markin, a self-employed individual ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Our reseller: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices, taxes and the currency you pay in are shown at checkout; receipts and invoices are issued by Paddle.

3. The free download

Faderia can be downloaded without an account and without payment. Try it with your equipment before you buy a plan.

4. Plans and subscriptions

  • Plans are sold as subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. What each plan includes is described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Until then you can resume the subscription.
  • If you switch from a monthly to a yearly plan, the change takes effect immediately and Paddle charges or credits the difference for the remaining period.
  • One licence can be active on up to two computers at the same time. You can free a computer from your account; a computer can be freed once every seven days.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your account

Give us an email address you control and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account from the account settings once no subscription is active; what that removes and what is kept is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Licence keys

A licence key is for you (or your organisation) only. Do not publish, sell or share it. A key that is activated on an unusual number of computers or from an unusual number of networks may be blocked automatically; we tell the account owner by email and issue a new key when the case is cleared.

If a payment is refunded in full or disputed with your bank, the licence bought with it is cancelled and can no longer be activated. If a dispute is resolved in our favour, the licence is restored.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or try to break into the website or the licence server; do not try to obtain someone else's account or licence; do not use the website to send spam or unlawful content.

8. Warranty and liability

The software is provided as described in the End User Licence Agreement, including its disclaimer of warranties, its limitation of liability and its safety notice. To the extent permitted by law, the website and the licence service are provided "as is". Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases and renewals made after they are published.

10. Contact
