Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-day refunds
If Faderia does not work for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of a payment, both for your first purchase and for a renewal. You don't have to give a reason.
Before buying, you can try the free download with your own equipment.
2. How to ask for a refund
Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To ask for a refund, either:
- write to [email protected] from the email address you bought with (or include your order number), or
- use the link in the receipt email from Paddle.
The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
After 14 days we do not refund the remaining part of a billing period. We may still consider a refund in exceptional cases, for example if a charge was made in error.
3. What a refund does to your licence
A full refund cancels the licence that was bought with that payment: it can no longer be activated. The same applies if you dispute a payment with your bank; if the dispute is resolved in our favour, the licence is restored.
4. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time in your account, without contacting us.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Until that date you can resume the subscription from your account.
- Cancelling does not refund the current period by itself. If you are within 14 days of the last payment, ask for a refund as described above.
5. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
